2.The seasoned recruiter who has handled mid to senior level mandates from inception to completion.
3. Drive quality, accountability and client satisfaction by ensuring successful closure of the given mandate.
4.Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
5.Constantly working on improving the efficiency of delivery, processes and search execution skills.
6.Meeting the deadlines and targets as per the business needs.
7.Hands-on experience with HR databases.
8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9.Research into clients company, competitors, and marketplace
10.Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
