Manager - Reconciliation Reporting at Intelenet Global Services- Malad Location

No of years of Relevant work experience - 6-8 years of Reconciliation, Regulatory and Financial reporting and system transformation.

Description -

The profile is a Managerial position primarily a channel between the organisation and its clients.

The basic crux of the job would require skills in reconciliation of -

a) Remittance

b) Cross border Payments

c) CMS

d) Domestic payments like - NEFT, RTGS etc

e) Nostro

Knowledge of RBI mandates and regulatory guidelines would be an added advantage

Job Description:

Functional requirements

- Ensuring that the RBI Regulatory filings are in line with the Regulatory guidelines and submitted within agreed timelines.

- Working with RBI returns Automation team.

- Also responsible for managing Reconciliation of all reconcilable GLs like, Customers, suspense, routing, Pooling, Intercompany and Nostro GLs for CB line of business, for IB responsible for Nostro and other automated Reconciliations,

- Monitoring Ageing of all Nostro, suspense, pooling and routing GLs, ensuring that all outstanding entries are cleared ASAP and all outstanding are supported by valid justifications, also ensure that for All suspense / Routing and Pooling GLS ageing MIS is circulated to respective break owners at agreed frequency.

- Ensuring that Data for TDS payment and TDS returns are submitted to Central Tax team correctly and timely manner.

- Ensuring that Data for GST returns are submitted to central tax team correctly and within agreed time line,

- Ensuring that customer queries related to financial transactions like TDS, GST or ATM / POS transactions are addressed on timely manner.

- Assisting in preparing the documentation related to existing or any new processes which may be required from time to time.

- Working Along with support team on UAT projects, Recon team involvement required to validate financial impact analysis due to changes proposed to system.
