Domain: Real Estate Valuations Designation: Asst Manager and Sr Manager Role: - Provide an independent view on valuation and qualitative assessment of high ticket real estate properties including real estate projects. - Do complete due diligence for real estate project in terms of builder profile, project analysis, demand - supply pattern, property price movement etc. - Track property price movement, demand - supply pattern, regulatory policies related to sector and impact of these parameters on banks portfolio. - Give timely inputs for real estate related processes and policies to safe-guard investor interest. - Possess thorough understanding and insights of the real estate market dynamics preferably key locations across India. - Understand the local rules and regulations related to real estate industry. Requirement: - Candidate should have previous exposure to RE Valuations preferably employed with an IPC or Real estate arm of Big 4. Exposure to consulting would be an added advantage. - Basic Graduation in Architecture/Engineering with Post Graduation preferably in MBA Finance/RICS/NICMAR or CA with Strong financial skills - Thorough knowledge of relevant rules and regulations relevant to real estate sector - Hands-on approach with willingness to travel across markets - Excellent writing and analytical skills - Team leader - Strong Business Planning skills - Open to work long hours
