Job Description : - Ensure all payments to MSMEs and other vendors are done post authorisation within the stipulated time after considering necessary credit period - Ensure all Purchase Orders and invoices are responded to in a timely manner - Ensure Payments are processed as per the SOP - Review all the invoices posted in Tally (3 way match), in a timely manner - Preparing statement of payments and monitor the old payments - Monitor vendor reconciliation and vendor confirmation - Review of the budgets the with the actual spent - Review vendor contracts/agreements - Assisting in Internal audit and statutory audit - Performing various other tasks as assigned Only CA candidates required.
