Designation: - Manager - Real Estate Credit Monitoring for a Leading Real Estate Investment firm.

Location:- Delhi

Educational qualification:- CA is a must

- One will be responsible for all the post lending financial due diligence.

- Provide management with detailed loan information reports outlining potential credit weakness and concerns in a timely manner.

- Monitoring of portfolio - regular monitoring of projects Financing & accounts.

- Tracking variance in projections and actual parameters related to project

- One will be Managing disbursements of the sanctioned loan accounts

- Leadership Skills to manage a team in Monitoring Department.

- Managing post disbursement processes like NOC issuance, foreclosures & accounting issues.

- Coordinating for data requirement for audit purpose.

- Complete Post Disbursement Credit Risk Management.

- Involved in formulating and implementing credit management strategies, as well as accomplishing the given Targets in budgeted parameters.

- Analyse loan transactions (all types) for risk rating accuracy, compliance with bank's loan policy, and quality of underwriting, regulatory guidance, and prudent lending practices.

- Perform analysis in accordance with the loan review policy/procedures with limited supervision.

- Establish communication with lending personnel and management.

- Assist in special activities i.e. due diligences, special request.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of loan review policy and procedures, bank's loan policy, prudent lending practices, and regulatory guidance.
