- Experience in New product development (Bakery Products)

- New product ideation and development.

- Specialty ingredient identification and development.

- Experience in providing innovation by developing new product/process ideas.

- Knowledge of Food Products Manufacturing, GMP, Food unit operations, Quality Assurance and R&D techniques.
