Description : Corporate role in a leading FMCG brand for their new category in Ayurveda space where the person would be responsible for R&D/ formulations

Client Details :

Our client is one of the most prominent FMCG companies in the world with significant presence in Indian market. They have a wide range of products in their portfolio and are looking to expand their presence in the Indian market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Manager - R&D for their Ayurveda Category, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to Head - Product Development, you will be responsible for :

- Developing the Ayurveda category by creating or improving formulations that are compliant for the India market

- Creating researches to check viability of the products before they're introduced in the market

- Working closely with global counterparts on Formulation/R&D projects, while sharing technical knowledge with them as required

- Creating product specifications to ensure products are manufactured consistently and safely

- Supporting sales & marketing team for demonstration of the products to customers to make it more commercially effective

Profile :

- You will be a B.Sc/M.Sc(PG) with around 8 years of experience in R&D formulation in the Ayurveda/FMCG/Herbal industry. The client is looking for someone with the expertise in Ayurveda/Herbal R&D space. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
