R&D Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the overall R&D strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Management:

- Manage and prioritize multiple research projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to integrate R&D efforts seamlessly.

Product Development:

- Drive the development of novel bio and pesticide formulations, considering efficacy, safety, and environmental impact.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to guide product development.

Research Collaboration:

- Foster partnerships with external research institutions, universities, and industry experts to enhance our R&D capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential research collaborations and funding opportunities.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure that all developed products comply with local and international regulations.

- Provide technical support in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Agriculture, Biochemistry, M.Sc/B.Sc Chemistry or Microbiologits or related field with a minimum of [X] years of experience in agricultural R&D.

- Proven experience in managing R&D teams and driving successful product development initiatives.

- In-depth knowledge of bio and pesticide technologies, formulation, and testing methods.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
