Job Title: Manager- RBI Compliances

- To comply with RBI regulations (filing returns, correspondences, handling RBI inspections, analysis of RBI notifications and their impact on the industry in general and the organisation in particular), meeting critical analysis and information requirements of the top management .

- Timely preparation & filing of all RBI returns and other compliances, correspondences

- Ongoing analysis of all RBI notifications and circulars with a view to assess their impact on the industry in general and the organization in particular and recommend the measures to ensure compliance.

Annual RBI inspection and allied compliances :

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations

- Annual RBI inspection and allied compliances

- Critical analysis requirements of management

Professional Qualification:

- MBA / CA 7-8 years of related (NBFC / Bank) experience/Company Secretary 7-8 years
