Manager - Railway - Silos in a Reputed Company at Gurgaon

Overall & Key areas of responsibility :

- Complete planning of Railway siding projects, Tendering, Project Monitoring, MIS, Execution of Projects & works at Macro level through Site Engineers, who shall manage Micro level & Regional Site Managers. Conducting field visits as per need and setting up systems for multiple projects execution through corporate office. Visiting Railway Divisions and Zones, Monitoring all aspects of Project including Coordination between different railway departments to obtain approval of siding layouts and other drawings during execution of work. Liasoning with senior railway officials. Also to work with close co-ordination with PMC and ensure timely completion of work.

- Bid Process Management, Assisting DTH/ PC/TH, Contract Management, Setting up Project Management systems.

- Deliver in a time bound manner the works and projects by effective planning and execution keeping in view all factors. Overall Supervision of works through system setting primarily and through site visits secondarily, ensuring quality, material accountable, progress reporting, Billing, Budgeting, MIS.

- Get executed economically and in a technically sound manner the Projects with full functional aspects.

2. Desired candidate profile :

- Minimum of 7 plus years relevant experience in planning, execution, Quality Control, Bid Process Management. Having Good knowledge of relevant software will be additional advantage.

Must have experience in areas like :

- Railway Projects, Siding projects.

- Multiple locations at same time and should be willing to travel extensively if required.

- Will be capable to liaison with railway officials.

3. General :

- Hands on experience with Track and Construction work of all sorts Earth work, Roads, buildings, interiors, Railway track etc.
