Job Title : R2R Operations Manager

Qualification : Education: Qualified CA/ Cost accountants from premier Institute.

Location : Bengaluru 

Work Experience : Eight or more years of Experience in the General Accounting / Record to Report space i.e. should have handled Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Month end close, reconciliations, AR with large team management Experience with BPO.

Assigned Role : Investment Accounting Operations Rep

- Preparation of Financial Statements Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account, Schedules, Notes to accounts etc.

- Handling multi region across the globe.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis. Strong knowledge of IFRS & GAAP Accounting.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Important guideline : The candidate should be a ONLY qualified CA with atleast team handling exp of 10+ people.

- Apart from the below skill set, he must have exposure to consolidation with USA/UK /Europe clients and tools used for consolidation and report generation

- Required to handle Financial & Statutory reporting

- Chartered Accountant with 8 years of experience.

- Monthly /Quarterly posting of journal entries relating to Financial / Legal consolidation, tax calculation, foreign transactions, dividend, investment in subsidiaries and joint ventures.

- Excellent communication skills as this role requires high degree of interaction with senior client stakeholders.

- People management skills mandate +5 members. Hands on experience on SAP, Next Gen Tools

- Requirement to work on any shifts and extended work hours (work-on week-ends if required especially during quarter-end close)

Knowledge/Skills Requirements :

- Ability to design, implement, and operate complex client service delivery solutions in the accounting, internal control, and database management areas.

- Ability to independently lead large, diverse project teams based at multiple locations and working across contracts and service lines.

- Recognized as subject matter expert within scope of responsibility.

- Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding of various client business environments and ability to modify AFS deliverables as necessary to exceed client requirements

Job Summary :

This position manages Operation deliverables for all AFS Americas contracts and ensures that they meet or exceed Accenture and client expectations. This role ensures that appropriate procedures are in place and properly functioning to enable Accenture to demonstrate that the deliverables are met and the processes efficient and effective.

- Required to make a variety of decisions, some complex in nature, with concern for impact on others, but predominantly affecting own area of control.

- Provides and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to senior management.

- Operates largely independently in meeting defined business objectives and goals.

- Performs complex tasks and participates in complex cross-area/function activities.

- Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of group/resources.

- Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions.

- Manages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility, builds client relationships in the wider group or unit.
