Key Skill : Lean Management, Quality Analysis Methods, Quality Tools, Quality Compliance, Regression Report, Management Representative, Quality Auditing and strong exposure in Manufacturing Units.
Job Role : (Brief)
- Responsible for ongoing management of purchasing strategy and activity and for ensuring optimal supplier performance and price.
- Develop and implement a strategy to ensure the function is operating in line with the objectives of the business to add value, mitigate supply chain risk and deliver cost savings.
Quality Management :
- Implement and maintain ISO standards and ensure adherence to requisite quality parameters
- Oversee all quality operation to ensure adherence to standardized processes all over the plant
- Focus and enforce for documentation compliances for all incoming & outgoing materials
- Interacts and oversees technical customer interactions to ensure clarity of specifications
- Ensure the system for monitoring product defects
- Prepare & Ensure the action plans to avoid recurring of defect
Certification & Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure IBR Certification compliances in the business process cycle by complying to statutory requirements at all stages of manufacturing
- Ensure Quality Certificate compliances by timely conducting internal & external audit
- Ensure product certification compliances by complying to national & international norms (As applicable) at all stages of manufacturing
Vendor Management:
- 3rd Party Inspection, In-process Quality Systems & Set Quality norms & procedures for quality requirements at vendor place
- Overseas quality standards of technical services by sub-contractors
People Management:
- Inculcate a work discipline that orients people to follow process standards with highest accuracy, create an environment conducive for cooperation and harmony
- Design an adaptive culture along with heads of department
- Maintain harmonious working relationships through IR
- Forecast and plan for future manpower needs; initiate recruitment process to meet manpower needs for all production processes
- Coach, motivate and develop members to build a high performing team
