Quality Manager - Only from Television Category What you'll do :&nbsp; - Product planning - Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behavior - Listing out customer requirements and converting them to Specifications - Well aware of market/Business and evolving new features - Aware of ways of working with global ODM suppliers - Product development - Skilled in designing part and product test protocols - Skilled in hardware, software and reliability methodologies - Well versed with latest technologies in the market - Expert on communicating with ODM supplier to resolve the issues on daily basis - Well aware of Electronic product validation. - Field failure analysis and improvements - Coordinating with after sale team for field failure data analysis - Skilled in analysis of defective sets - Continuous input to ODM supplier based on field failure analysis and working closely with their teams to resolve the field issues. - Working with external labs to simulate the failures and root cause analysis. - Project management - Managing internal, external stakeholders and ecosystem partners - Build &amp; own weekly/monthly reporting dashboards to track and monitor the customer experience metrics. Analyse actions and work with stakeholders on the same. - Tracking the timelines with stakeholders and making risk mitigation plans - Work with stakeholders and shaping actions to drive key Business agendas
