Manager - Quality - Lingerie Segment - Textile

Should be working in a similar role (QA's or QC- s)

Lingerie product experience a must

Minimum 6 years of working experience with 2 years minimum Quality lead role.

- Develop a quality manual for the brand for internal and external teams to follow

- Work closely with Garment technical manager, sourcing teams & Vendors for sample and bulk sample approvals.

- AQL or inspections to be done at source or at the warehouse.

- Travel to vendors periodically to conduct inspections / random checks

- Conduct PP meetings with the factory and ensure First cut AQL is done and feedback passed to the vendors

- Weekly reporting on Quality KPI's

- Factory Audits to access capability of the unit before orders are placed

- Responsible for each aspect of Quality

- Manage the team of Quality controllers
