Manager - Quality - Furniture Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The position reports in to the Head (Quality Compliance) and is responsible to work with Category & Sourcing teams to create product documentation, define test protocol for all our products and ensure meeting of high product quality standards for all Clients private brand products and highest levels of customer satisfaction.

- Product Quality

- Work with Category & Sourcing teams to finalise product specifications

- Define test protocol for all categories / products

- Identify right third party for all test requirements

- Create product documentations including drawings, Critical to Quality processes, Packaging data, banned substance list etc (for Finished Goods, key raw materials)

- Test product samples and consuct site audits to ensure the design & manufacturing process meets Client requirements

Desired skills and experience:

- 7+ years of experience with large MNCs

- Engineering background, with experience of working in manufacturing environments

- Previous experience of product testing and product documentation

- Ability to work with different materials/categories

- Strong leadership capabilities
