- Quality Management.
- Be a leader of leaders, manage end to end metrics w.r.to Quality of the processing.
- Should be able to design various models, implement & improve the metrics.
- Need to attend weekly reviews & monitor very closely on the Quality of the Output. Prepare dashboard/s on Quality, show inferences & way forward, methods to improve quality.
- Work with the partners to define the right resource/s required to ensure the Quality of Output is great.
- Create/ Manage KPI's and deliver on the same
- Take complete ownership of the team's performance
- Innovate on the training and/or development requirements/
- Set expectations on the Quality of work.
