Manager - Quality/Audit/Risk & Compliance - Branch Operations/Audit Handling

- Responsible for quality check in accordance with quality assurance procedure.

- Provide pre-audit and post-audit support for both internal audits and external audits.

- Ensure that compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and standards are adhered and necessary compliance requirements are monitored and implemented.

- Responsible for the management of risk and compliance at the organizational level.

- Ensure that operational risks are appropriately identified, measured, reported and managed in alignment with the organizations risk tolerance.

- Ensure that compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and standards are adhered and necessary compliance requirements are monitored and implemented.

- Facilitate/Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identification of corrective and preventive actions and follow-up for closure.

- Extensive travel (Pan India).
