Client is the is the creator of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and HRMS packages.

Job Description : 

Key Responsibilities : 

- Should have good functional and non-functional testing of web based applications

- Hands on experience on Automation testing of web based applications using Selenium (Preferred) QTP, Win runner

- Performance and Load testing of web applications using Jmeter and Visual Studio

- Understand new technology to design test strategy, test plans and test cases for its testing

- Design of QA Checklists, Regression, Sanity Test Suites and Audit QA Processes and Templates for Testing, System and Processing teams of the organization

- Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and to understand the complexities of the business

- Ability to analyze defects and spot trends. Maintain a current working knowledge of the key business systems and future developments.

- Ability to escalate issues and risks and provide accurate management reporting

- Experience of working in tight deadlines in a mature time-boxed testing environment.

- Ability to work with a number of stakeholders like Dev, Program Management, Support, QA/test group and business groups.

- Complete responsibility of all QA deliverables for QA and Processing teams

- Manage and Execute custom support activities

- Active participation in Product Requirement meetings with the stakeholders on Testability

Skills, Experience, Capability : 

- Strong analytical skills, communication, coaching skills

- Candidates with Enterprise Software background is preferred

- 10 years of experience needed

- Should have handled a team
