Profile :

Quality Assurance :

- Create Quality Assurance Programs for the shop locations as well the Cake Kitchen Factory.

- Ensure implementation of these plans and work very closely with operations for implementation of ESP ( Shop- Quality Management System ), HACCP/ GMP training and sanitation.

- Work closely with all regulatory bodies/ government agencies/ customers/vendors for internal and external audits.

- Ensure that the restaurants /retail units / comply with GMP, HACCP, ESP and other food safety regulations.

- Cold Warehouse Quality assurance.

- Lead projects on Continuous Improvement

- New shop opening Quality First time right in

- Layout approval

- ESP training to new staff

- New Vendor approvals

- Mock ESP audits

- Shop pre-opening checklist

- Cake Kitchen Quality - First Time Right

- QRO audits

- SOP implementation

- New creation QRO approvals

- FSRA training & Implementation.

- Engage in premium approval process

- Product Quality- NPD

- Integrate and follow Quality requirement in NPD process from Design to commercialization.

- Working with product pipelines at various stages of development.

- Scaling up the production process via plant trials, making changes to raw materials or components and process parameters to ensure quality is maintained during scale production

- Implementing process controls and devising test methods to assess the new product development process

- Assist R&D in developing recipe, specifications and label declarations, and ensuring compliance with the finished product specifications;

- Establishing product design and performance objectives, normally in consultation with other functions, including R&D, marketing and production, as well as contractors &suppliers.

- Generating data to substantiate claims regarding the safety and efficacy of new products

- Partnering closely with counterparts in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Marketing, Legal teams to ensure Regulatory Policy and Influence activities are aligned with Corporate business plans

- Responding to customer requirements, liaising with R&D, suppliers of raw materials & manufacturing

- Record and communicate the results of facility inspection to the QRO Manager

- Ensure compliance with General Mills International Quality Standards

- Ensure to help QRO Manager meeting regulatory compliance for new products including FSSAI product approvals.
