Responsibilities: - Accountable for the delivery of quality through the definition & successful execution of global quality processes - Support with the roll out of the quality management system by defining processes, procedures and work instructions - Support the 400+ Product Development employees and stakeholders to maximize quality for customer experience, by ensuring the adoption of quality processes and standards - Provide insight on process and product quality assurance compliance; Manage and report critical success factors and KPIs proposing actions and continuous improvements; Enable employee engagement in customer focused processes - Foster active participation in quality practice groups; Coach and align QA & testing practices across domains; Ensure team members grow their competencies on quality by defining training needs and action plans - Own processes and key initiatives on the following topics: Test Automation: - Manage standard tools and frameworks in use allowing global adoption of a common set of tools, accompanied with best-practices and examples - Facilitate continuous improvements and test automation support from a process perspective to ensure return on investment and priority setting on automation with as ultimate goal: improving the sustainability of our continuous integration lifecycle in Agile SCRUM - Define and track customer-focused measures around test automation, coverage, test data, performance, security, regression testing and more Security : - Implement, support and extend our security testing process globally by taking ownership of security process governance, follow up implementation, deliver acceptable vulnerability reports map with customers and manage security related customer requests. Qualifications, Skills, Behaviours & Attitudes - Education: Degree in Economics/Management/Computer Science - Preferably 10+ years of relevant working experience - Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in process management/improvement strong affinity with processes, continual improvement and other hands-on practical tools and practices to achieve results - Excellent communication (written and oral) skills feeling comfortable with management reporting and presentations - Act as a change facilitator; manage problem prevention; conflict resolution; ability to see the bigger business picture; and ensure employee welfare focus - Thorough understanding of all aspects of software development and Quality Assurance, preferably with some exposure to standards like Scrum, ISTQB, LEAN SIX SIGMA Certification in one or more of these areas is a plus DWBI experience is mandatory For Candidates who can join in 30 days or less.
