Manager - Quality Assurance - FMCG

- will report to G M-Works.

- will lead QA team of around 10 employees

- will be the in charge of Quality Assurance department, laying down SOP and training development of his team.

- will be responsible for FSSAI certification, Legal Metrology and maintaining all the records.

- will be responsible for FSCC-22000, Sedex, Halal and all other Quality certification and maintaining all the records.

- will be responsible for clients audits.

- will be responsible for Physical, Chemical & Rheological tests of wheat & wheat products.

- will be responsible for Quality assurance of all products and supervision of IPQC.

- will ensure the plant cleaning, maintenance of hygienic conditions and infestation control.

- will prepare daily MIS reports and COA.

- will attend customer complaints, prepare CAPA and do the root cause analysis. Quality assurance of all packaging materials.

- will assist Chief Miller for development of new product and R & D Work.
