Manager - Quality Assurance/Facility Management

1. SOP review, its implementation & compliance.

2. CAPA assessment and its follow up.

3. Communication with principal company-Commercial Quality & Business Quality related work.

4. Handling the QA/EHS & Facility audits.

5. Conducting Mock audit- twice in a year to all divisions and to monitor closure of audit observations.

6. Validation activity (Assist to QA for Protocol formation, mapping activity etc.).

7. To Monitor WH cleanliness, maintenance and storage of records

8. To monitor Quality Compliance & following the requirements for temperature monitoring & recording devices.

9. To monitor AMC records.

10. To monitor MRMs and closure of issues with given dates

11. To monitor and preparing & maintenance of warehouse Internal / ISO audit related documents

12. To monitor destruction activity of expired & unsaleable stock.

13. To monitor Facility issues, if any

14. Follow ups for any facility related requirement like Quote / approval, if any
