Quality Assurance Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the Compliance Team and take ownership for its objectives & key results
- Understand processes across the business and help them build/ improve SOPs and checklists to facilitate scaling up of business across centers and verticals
- Identify potential risks proactively and build internal controls in the system to prevent them
- Facilitate smooth adoption of tech products and SOPs across functions and training centers
- Ensure standardization of all processes and procedures across training centers
- Ensure the standard of services rendered is always top-notch
