Job title : Manager Quality Assurance

Roles and responsibilities:

- Work very closely with the international account opening teams to ensure setting up of international bank accounts in adherence to all relevant regulations, Group policy and Global standards

- Supporting case management team in preparing KYC profiles in accordance with relevant regulations, Group policy and Global standards obtaining documents as required and undertaking due diligence

- Perform quality check on KYC profiles for sign off in accordance with the Group Policy, local regulatory requirements and Global standards

Candidate Summary:

- 6 plus years experience in banking industry working in quality assurance for account opening, KYC and due diligence

- Excellent communication skills required

- Must be flexible to work in 24/7 environment
