Manager - Quality Assurance - Auto

- Basic knowledge of Sample Inspection Report (SIR), layout inspection and approvals for new model parts, ECN changes and process knowledge of forgings, castings, machining.

- Capability to conduct Vendor Process audits for verification of compliance to system Implement actions & system audit Analysis & resolution of field issues.

- Well convergent with CMM inspection and conventional first principle method.

- TPM knowledge & ability to guide the team in TPM way of working.

- Internal /external good communication, planning, coordination, and leadership skills

- Knowledge and exposure of QMS and SHEMS systems

- Adequate experience SAP, team center, MS office & should possess excellent presentation skills

- Experience of quality related activities in NPDS -New product development system.

- Interface quality with vendor, engineering and R & D
