Description

Reporting in to the COO, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to minimise risks

- Liase with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure policy deployment across the board

- Implement and report on IMS programs and standards

- Lead a team, with responsibility for their personal and professional development.

Profile

As a successful candidate, you will:

- Have at least 15 years of overall experience, with strong prior experience in Industrial Health and Safety work.

- Strong communicator with experience leading teams of at least 8-10 people.
