Here's what you'll be doing: Strategic Management: - Lead win theme strategy discussions, proposal writing, and project management of the RFP process. - Demonstrate exceptional verbal skills to distill complex discussions and guide strategic decisions. - Collaborate with client service professionals, providing strategic insights and leadership. - Advise on effective pursuit strategies and messaging, negotiating conflicts and reaching agreements. - Utilize competitive intelligence to inform messaging and influence others to support effective approaches. Teaming, Collaboration, and Leadership: - Provide business insight and build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients. - Collaborate with partners and advisors to understand client requirements. - Work with graphic design professionals to develop creative materials and ensure quality control. - Mentor junior resources and foster collaborative team dynamics. - Navigate complex pursuits and manage team expectations effectively. Operational: - Develop and manage content for proposal documents and collateral. - Ensure quality and maintain version control of all components. - Translate complex issues into clear and compelling messages. - Coordinate pursuit communications strategies and manage the overall process. - Drive the development and implementation of leading pursuit practices.
