Manager - Pursuit

Join our team as a Pursuit Manager where you'll be at the forefront of our proposal efforts, leading from pre-RFP discussions to post-submission follow-ups. Here's what you'll be doing:

Strategic Management:

- Lead win theme strategy discussions, proposal writing, and project management of the RFP process.

- Demonstrate exceptional verbal skills to distill complex discussions and guide strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with client service professionals, providing strategic insights and leadership.

- Advise on effective pursuit strategies and messaging, negotiating conflicts and reaching agreements.

- Utilize competitive intelligence to inform messaging and influence others to support effective approaches.

Teaming, Collaboration, and Leadership:

- Provide business insight and build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients.

- Collaborate with partners and advisors to understand client requirements.

- Work with graphic design professionals to develop creative materials and ensure quality control.

- Mentor junior resources and foster collaborative team dynamics.

- Navigate complex pursuits and manage team expectations effectively.

Operational:

- Develop and manage content for proposal documents and collateral.

- Ensure quality and maintain version control of all components.

- Translate complex issues into clear and compelling messages.

- Coordinate pursuit communications strategies and manage the overall process.

- Drive the development and implementation of leading pursuit practices.

Qualifications:

- Post-Graduation MBA mandate

- Compensation - INR 26 LPA Fix + 15% Var

- Location - Hyderabad only

- Good Communication - NO MT Influence, accent should be good, less than 4/5 communication will not be considered.

- Resume should be grammar and spell check strictly before sharing. Resumes with grammatical error and Spell error are rejected upfront by business

- Must have Skills - Pursuits, Proposals, RFP/RFQ, Team Management, Stakeholder management, Bid Managers, 1-2 yrs as managers

- Working model - Hybrid - 3 days WFO

- Time - 2 PM to 11 PM

- Total Experience Range - 9 to 12 yrs

- Relevant years of experience - 7+ yrs mandate
