B.Tech- Full time Job location- Ballabhgarh Job Role: a) Minimum 8 to 10 years experience only in Purchase handling Engine Parts of which around 3 to 4 years should be as Deputy Manager b) Hands-on-experience in Purchasing KRA's - Cost Saving, Supply Chain Management, Capacity Planning / De-risking & NPD for Power train Parts c) Overseas Supplier's managing experience d) Experience of critical Engine Commodities - Machined Parts, Small Castings (Flywheel Assembly, Exhaust Manifold) &amp; Forgings (Connecting Rod, Valves), Fasteners, Rubber Hoses, Proprietary Parts, FIE Parts, Aluminium Castings, Plastic Parts etc e) Experience of handling Supplier Base supplying parts specially to Engine Manufacturing OEM's - Managing Domestic &amp; Overseas supplier base for Power train Proprietary Components - Engine Gaskets, After Treatment System, Fuel System, Filtration System, Auxiliary Parts etc - Identify Cost Saving opportunities &amp; Achieve Cost Saving targets through various activities - Negotiation, Re-sourcing, Localization, BCC &amp; VA/ VE - Understanding &amp; Study the Supplier Cost Break-up for RM Base, Process Cost, Packaging &amp; Transit Cost finalization - Sending RFQ, Finalize Costing &amp; Initiate Product Development (From RFQ to SOP) for various NPIP Programs - Stage V, CEMMIV, Mono CNG etc - Identify Capacity constraints &amp; Interact closely with suppliers for Capacity De-Risking &amp; Schedule Adherence - Work towards Compliance Management through various activities - Contracts / Agreements, NQCRPM Discussions, Tooling Management.
