Manager - Purchase Cost Control - Auto OEM

1. Lead and Co-ordinate with various CFT's for Cost Reduction Projects timely implementation and representation to steering review meetings

2. Yearly budget preparation and the tracking of budgeted cost movement.

3. Track and Monitor Bill of Material cost along with finance. Participate and support in tendering process for competitive bidding.

4. Pivotal role in managing department level document for AUDIT preparedness.

5. Drive to NPIP programme in Purchase and support PPLs (Purchase programme Lead)

6. Responsible to NPIP gate preparedness and drive/coordination among purchase team

7. Responsible for generating periodic reports/ MIS for cost related movement to the business unit.

8. Lead digitisation initiatives.

9. Close co-ordination with Finance for Booking of department level cost impact & analysis.

10. Should be a good team player with excellent MS Office & SAP skills, should be able to plan & co-ordinate with colleagues.

11. Should have hand on experience of SAP module with exposure for MM & Finance module along with Purchase processes.
