Manager - Public Relations - NBFC
Role :
- Responsible for coordination and implementation of strategic public relations and media plan
- Responsible for organisational support and involvement in media communication strategies, vehicles and tactics, internally and externally
Key Result Areas :
- Be mindful of strategic messaging pitch so as to vet content shared by agency for social media, investor relations and press releases.
- Track deliverables of agencies minutely and drive the engagement plan to meet the success parameters.
- Should have exposure to social media and influencer marketing and have insights on them
- Organize press conferences, media kits and all support necessary to support the media outreach plan
- Liaison with journalists when necessary and identify opportunities to liaison with media and generate coverage to create a positive image of the brand
- Keep a track of emerging trends and themes to ensure capitalizing on thought leadership opportunities
- Take the lead on drafting and delivery of key messaging as and when required and ensure adherence to key brand messaging for internal and external communication.
- Ensure digital platforms of the organization are up-to-date and have relevant content
- Manage agreements, invoicing and financial requirements as per set protocols
