Responsibility:   Core Responsibilities:  Develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve significant increases in brand awareness.  Identify key media outlets.  Cultivate relationships with key business journalists in national and trade publications.  Pitch stories to both national and local media and achieve the highest visibility for in print, broadcast, TV and online media outlets.  Write clear and compelling pitch letters, press releases, etc.  Identify media trends, news cycles and spin opportunities.  Analyze and measure results of PR programs.  Manage budgets and campaign ROI.  As a custodian of the brand, ensure that the corporate guidelines are followed by both the internal team as well as the partners.  Plan, write and produce corporate publications in support of a range of initiatives.  Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy, generating text, key messages and images which reflect the brand and can be used consistently across all platforms (speeches, print and online).  Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Departments and provide support during various corporate events, conferences, summit, etc.  Work towards improving the brand awareness and brand equity.  Handle corporate social responsibility, public relations and external communication in an effective manner.  Handling Social media and Website management  Skills/Essential:  Competencies:  - Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing  - Strong background of Marketing and Public Relations.  - 8- 10 year's work experience in the PR field.  - Industry: FMCG preferred  - Good writing and presentation skills.  - Must have experience handling PR and the media.  Remuneration:  - Monthly Salary: AED 19,000- 22,000 - includes basic, housing & all other allowances.  - Medical insurance for self and family  - Annual air ticket for self and family (up to 2 children)  - Visa expenses reimbursement for family (spouse and children)  - Bonus: every 6 months up to 2 month's basic salary subject to company & individual performance.  - Annual Paid Leave: 22 working days.  - Company Lunch: provided.  - All other terms & conditions: as per UAE labor laws.
