About the Career Opportunity
This role will manage communications in India holistically, covering Government Relations, Corporate Communications and Brand PR. Specifically, the individual will lead the communications strategy and execution from end to end.
Key Accountabilities
1) Driving corporate image/ employer brand building, via proactive engagement of key stakeholders including government, industry partners and media
2) Significantly stepping up awareness and equity of our brands among consumers
3) Proactively managing/mitigating any issues or crises
5) Lead internal communication such as employee communication, town-hall, newsletter

A self-driven, passionate and high resilience professional with a solid PR & communications foundation will definitely be able to make a difference to the organization.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work with senior & multiple stakeholders to independently drive external and internal corporate and brand initiatives, and be experienced in running communications programs - including coordination with other functions/ regional team/ external partners. A solid understanding of the media landscape to drive strong media outcomes for corporate and brand programs, and a strong network among corporate and government stakeholders, are essential. In addition, this role requires someone who:
