We are hiring Manager for India's leading Natural Resources Group based in Goa.

Name of the role - Manager - PR & Communication.

Educational qualification-MBA in Marketing / Branding & Communication or MA in Mass Communication

Work exp required (In years) - 10-15 Years

Roles & responsibilities (In Brief) :

- To ensure brand value of the company and be the custodian of the Company's brand & reputation

- To present the Company as the "Best Employer"

- To ensure continuous engagement with key stakeholders and journalists across all the traditional and online media channels

- To devise internal and external communication campaigns to convey the business vision, messages and targets to the community and nation at large through various platforms

- To use various new age technology to ensure increase in reach, global benchmarking standards, analytics and to drive better competitive differentiation

- To work closely with different teams to drive marketing and branding communication

- To engage with PR firms to develop better public relations and drive business strategy
