We would like to inform you that, we are currently hiring for the profile of Manager - Public Relations for our client.

Company Profile: Our client is a global leader in assessments and certifications with presence in India, US, Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Started 7 years back by alumni of MIT, HBS and IIT, Aspiring Minds has established itself as a global thought leader in employability assessments. It seeks to build a GRE/SAT-for-jobs to enable feedback, efficiency and meritocracy in employment markets. Whereas MOOCs is scaling learning, assessment test plays the important complementary role of gauging learning and statistically matching skills to job.

Responsibilities :

- Undertake Corporate Communications role for company having presence across 4 continents.

- Create and build media relations

- Handle media communications, draft of press releases, communication and quotes for the press

- Work in team for creating strategy plans for visibility in media

- Help manage the Company's image and relationships with external stakeholders.

- Attend meetings with journalists and other media representatives

- Work closely with the senior leadership

- Oversee the production of publications, both electronic and manual (e.g. websites, leaflets and brochures)

- Handle and oversee media for competitors and related news

Requirements :

- MBA from an institute of repute.

- 3-4 years of agency experience.

- Network in the Education/HR beat preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.

- Very strong English communication skills - written and verbal.

- Exceptional content creation capabilities

- Extremely proactive with strong bias for action.

- Great network in the journalist circle

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.

Educational Qualifications : MBA from Tier 1 would be preferred

Location : Gurgaon (Haryana)

Salary : Salary no bar for the right Candidate

Tentative date of joining : Immediate
