Role : Public Relation and Internal Communication

Designation: Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose: Brand development

Main Task & Responsibilities:

- Create and implement successful communication strategies within a B2B environment.

- Develop internal communication strategy development and execution in all branches.

- Maintain media relations experience and established contacts in Business, Electronic, and Digital publications.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate fulfilling following criteria would be given preference.

- Degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B PR and internal communication roles.

- Proven track record of successful internal communication strategy development and execution in all branches.

- Strong media relations experience and established contacts in Business, Electronic, and Digital publications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, & Marathi (oral & written)

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams both at the Plant and Mumbai office.

- Crisis management experience is a plus.

- Open to travel to Wardha plant and stationed once a week every month
