- Independently manage pre-sale activities for the company.

- Profile includes client interaction through the medium of RFP's and RFIs

- Managing operational activities for few key accounts of the company.

- Acquired new business by active involvement in presales activities including proposal and presentation designing.

- Part of core team participating in different proposal designing including presentations, commercial preparations for PAN India.

- Financial analysis of offices, reviewing on parameters like gross margins, collections and business targets.

- Use multiple formats / channels, including phone, presentation, and live/online service demonstrations

- Supporting sales team by taking a consultative role in supporting customers' evaluation processes.

- A solid mix of leadership skills within Customer Interaction, responding to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP

- Independently managing process of online tendering including documentation, commercial bidding and vendor evaluation.
