Position : Manager RBD (Property Acquisition/ Site Acquisition)

Reporting : Head of RBD

Work From Office (5 Days working)

Job Location : Nagpur & Cochin

Job Profile:

- Network with shopping malls and identify the right location Hi Streets and malls.

- Build collaborative relationships with all the developers/property consultants/franchise.

- Network with property consultants & competition.

- Manage stakeholder expectation with respect to New Store Opening.

- Providing support for smooth day to day operations /New Store Opening to ensure adherence to expansion plans.

- Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements .

- Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential marketplaces.
