The role and responsibilities are : 1. Incumbent must have experience in acquiring properties for Retail in TNOR Kerala 2. Incumbent must have closed deals prior to this in TN OR Kerala for retails 3. Incumbent must have excellent connects with various upcoming properties for retail 4. Incumbent must be aware of the market dynamics 5. Incumbent must be able to evaluate property / properties from business perspectives 6. Incumbent must be able to negotiate for shortlisted properties 7. Incumbent must be close the deal with the developer/s 8.
