Job Role :

Need to work on various short term and long term projects .

Deploying various methodologies to analyze various processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations, realize operational inefficiencies.

Designing business processes for achieving substantial improvements. Planning, implementing & monitoring of process changes to enhance productivity

Responsible for identifying training need, review of the training imparted for the effective implementation of TPM.

Responsible for conducting monthly audits to analyze the GAP in achieving different TPM levels.

Implementing various techniques for process automation, cycle time reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conducting tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & audits.

Responsible for Changes/Modification in process/SOP/ work practices for effective implementation of TPM.

Designing systems / procedures for change management entailing mapping business processes and studying workflow to design solutions, ensuring business functionality adherence and enhancing competitive advantage.

Candidate Requirement :

BE / MBA ( preferred )

From Process / Manufacturing Industries

Should have worked in projects in Process / Manufacturing excellence
