SJE Group (www.avronply.com) was founded three decades ago and started out as just a small retail shop. The operations expanded exponentially and has now become one of the most recognized names in the Plywood Industry. SJE Group today manufactures Plywood & Doors from its two Production facilities and has established a trusted distribution network throughout India. The company markets its product range under the brand name Avron Ply.

Avron Ply is now looking to penetrate the Real Estate Sector for this and are looking for suitable candidates in the position of Manager- Project Sales.

Position Overview :

- This position at Avron Ply is an important one, charged with the key responsibility of penetrating the Avron Ply products into the Real Estate Sector and increasing the company's market share in the Real Estate Projects through B2B direct selling.

Job Personnel Background :

- Sales experience of selling to the Real Estate Sector, Developers, Architects, Interior Decorators and Contractors

- Sales experience in selling to mid-to-large enterprises, Project Management Consultants (PMCs) and architects.

- Candidates with existing enterprise relationships will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

- Generation of Leads/Inquires through various sources and servicing them.

- Handling new inquiries received by the company through references & other sources.

- Organizing appointments with architects and carpenters.

- Building a strong sales funnel for Avron Ply in the Real Estate Sector.

- Building relationships with key decision makers & influencers in the Real Estate Sector.

- Generating interest & adoption of Avron Products in Real Estate Sector Projects.

- Providing market information on competitor's activities/strategies to the management.

- Achieving business goals set by the directors.

Skills and Competencies :

The candidate should possess the following proven effective skills :

- Communication Skills.

- Presentation Skills.

- Influencing Skills.

- Probing Skills.

Moreover, he should also have :

- Excellent client facing skills

- Ability to handle high pressure situations and workloads

- A proactive nature

- Positive personality and grooming skills

- Sales management background to sell to business enterprises(B2B).

- Should have or had the pedigree to meet at least 3 crores of annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile :

Age : 30-35 years.

Education : Post Graduation in any discipline, preferably marketing.

Experience : 2-4 years of sales experience.

Place of Work : Goregaon, Mumbai.
