Position - Manager Project Sales
IC Role
Area- Delhi NCR
- Experience in Building materials/home solutions/CCTV/project sales
- Should have good relationships with builders/architects/dealers etc
a. Identify, approach and meet the Developers to discuss the Product
b. Coordinate with the service team and arrange for a technical survey of the potential New Build project
c. Basis the survey report, assess the feasibility, cost & accordingly submit a proposal to the Developer
d. Follow up, Negotiate and finalize the New Build proposal with the Developer
e. Closure of the New Build order by getting the Work Order and New Build Revenue for the project
a. Responsible for ensuring the viability of a potential New Build project by proposing New Build charges for MDU(Multi-Dwelling Unit) set up i.e. New Build Revenue
a. After RFS, plan and arrange for the BTL activity for customer acquisition
b. Maintaining and Tracking of subscriber activation and ensure maximum penetration and ARPU
c. Maintain long-term relationships with the Developer and ensure business tie-ups for future projects & Positive References
d. Develop new avenues that result in enhancing the overall development of New Build business.
