Purpose of the Job - Leading Sales and Business for Project Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

1. Sales Planning and Funnel Management to achieve Monthly Numbers, deliver Volume & realize Revenue for assigned geography

- Manage relationships with various stakeholders along with negotiating and customizing Company's offerings on a regular basis

- Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every year

- Training, Grooming, Enabling, and Reviewing team towards delivery of assigned targets on a monthly basis

2. Key Account Management for identified business and critical accounts to ensure repeat purchases, and a higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross-selling opportunities

3. Analyze the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improve stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers

4. Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates

5. Manage, Monitor, and Own End-to-End Processes by coordinating with the Regional and Central Category Fulfilment Team.

Who can apply:

- 3-8 years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, dealing with companies in Steel, Construction, or Building Material Industries.

- Exposure to Leading Sales Teams and Working by Example

- Strong Ethics and High Perseverance

- Excellent Communication Skills with a bias for Action, Self-Drive, and Initiative

- MBA from Top Business School.
