Market Development :

- Locating new Architects, Interior Designer Firms & Project Management Consultants & Contractors in the territory & profiling them for sales & services.

- Categorizing the firms on the basis of their year of commencement, operation, segments they are operating in, firm size, etc.

- Meeting the Architects & Interior Designer and making them aware about the products & exclusive services

- Maintaining a good relationship with the Architects & Interior Designer by constantly keeping them updated about the latest offerings by Company & also by servicing them.

- Providing them with the Technical Assistance on site.

- Generating Inquiries of the site from them and also providing them with the site support services.

- Achieving targets given for sales & also for providing services.

- Site Management: Generating Lead, Follow Ups, Sampling, finalization of deal.

- Complaints handling & also providing the detail analyzed reports to the seniors.

- Mapping all the contractors in the Territory & also upgrading them with the training of the new & existing products available in the market.

- Inviting them to the initiatives Product Launch, Signature store meets, Exhibitions etc. and also some territory wise Initiatives like product training programmes, co-creation, feedback for the new products etc.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA preferred

From - Any Building Material Industry in " Project Sales / Key Accounts Management.

Only " South Zone " working experience candidates preferred.
