Manager - Project Quality

Designation : Project Quality Manager - Saudi Aramco

Location : Mumbai (18 months) then relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Experience : 12-20 years

- Saudi Aramco Quality Assurance Manager Approved certificate is must

- 18 months deputation in Mumbai, after that to be deputed at KSA, Jafurah, Saudi Arabia.

- Should have worked as a contractor with Saudi Aramco, for 5 years atleast as a QA Manager

KRAs :

- To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the project covering Design/ Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning phases

- Responsible for advising and guiding project line management on all

- Quality and verification activities and related technical matters

- Responsible for Establishment, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance with applicable standard

- Responsible for Identification, allocation of quality resources and implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures

- Management of Non conformity process, Implement corrective and

- Preventive action & monitor its effectiveness

- Should have experience in Quality Management in EPC phases of oil and gas projects.

- Should have experience for working with international clients in India or abroad.

- Should be an IRCA qualified QMS Lead Auditor.

- Should have worked as a "Project Quality Manager" for mega sized Oil and Gas projects.

- Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries.

- Should have ASNT Level II / III certification in NDE techniques

- Should have certification (CSWIP / AWS / NACE / BGAS) in Welding and Painting inspection

- Exposure of exotic, nonferrous & non-metallic materials

- Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA/ QC teams

- Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team
