Description - High ownership role with a well established brand in the real estate space. High level of accountability and ownership.

Client Details:

Our client is a very fast growing and well established brand in the Real Estate sector. They are well known for their diverse portfolio not just in Delhi NCR but pan India. They're currently looking at recruiting a Manager - Projects, based out of their office in Delhi NCR

Description :

Reporting into the Operations Head, your key responsibilities would be:

- Managing the day to day work around the Project(s) owned by the candidate

- Visualizing and executing work to be done on various properties

- Managing a team of 3-4 professionals + additional on ground staff

- Liaising with various stakeholders from different functions to get work done

- Working towards a successful launch of a property/project

Profile:

You will have :

- 5-10 years of work experience in Project Management/Operations

- Prior Work Experience in the Real Estate/Construction space

- B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering only
