Project Management

- Managing multiple payment gateway partners

- Track products at different stages of their life cycle and develop strategic roadmaps.

- Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner

- Has the capability to manage multiple projects at the same time

- Tracking delivery of vendor projects

Coordination

- Coordinating for making all competitive payment instruments live on the payment platform

- Coordinate with the vendor partner team for timely resolution of system issues and tickets to ensure productivity is not hampered

Domain

- Should have strong understanding of merchant and payment service providers needs to support different segments of consumers and merchants

- Experienced with APIs and software development and work together well with both technical and business teams.

- Prior work experience dealing with payment gateways, merchant onboarding, product ownership and merchant management.

Product Skill

- Build products from conception to launch in an effective and timely manner.

- Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, User story creation, Prepare Impact Analysis, BRD, Functional specification, Solution design, Interface design, Use case, User stories, Requirements mapping and traceability matrix etc.

- Articulate business problems to engineering partners.

- Implements monitoring / usage tracking and analyze patterns to improve internal systems.

- Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to enhance the customer payment experience

- Responsible for making process notes, integration/ interface documents; and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members.

- Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients/ existing clients.

- Experience integrating with third-party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.)

- Experience in integrating with scheme/Netbank/Wallet / Card etc.

- Understanding of electronic payment processing/collection methods, including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS), online payment, Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP), Credit Card Processing, Banking & Finance.

- Familiarity of processes relating to payments/collections.
