- Work as a functional consultant between Agency Sales and Support functions like IT, Analytics, Operations, Underwriting etc.
- Preparing presentations on projects for internal training & managing CEO Office updates on various projects
- Driving Projects for Agency channel related to existing processes enhancements, products development, business ideation, sales related drives etc.
- Driving Upsell
- Providing back-office support to sales for generating business
- Supporting existing processes like lead generation & management, providing new or streamlining existing MIS, tracking conversion
- Monthly and quarterly analysis of data from upsell perspective and increasing conversion through leads
- Giving LMS demos on new features to sales team for increasing
- Drive Agency Communication around projects, it's objectives and current performance to distribution
- IT enhancements in existing applications like Lead Management System (LMS 2.0), Quick Quote:
- Identifying areas of improvement, requirement gathering from sales, finalising requirement document
- Providing business solutions for user/sales requirements
- Coordinating with IT for development, UAT and go live
