Manager - Project Management for a Leading Data Analytics KPO

Job Responsibilities (Shift Timings (3:00 PM-12:00 AM))

Primary Purpose:

- To Lead the project during the wave period as well as in planning phase for the wave to deliver final sample file to the client with absolute accuracy

- Ensures the scope of work is clearly understood and as agreed to by the project team, customer, and other stakeholders, creates the scope baseline, and the process for scope change control

- Ensures that the project plan is complete, and determines the overall project management plan for use in managing and controlling during project execution

- Quality Management and Reporting: Able to develop and execute quality plan, perform reviews, and walkthroughs to ensure quality efforts meet compliance in accepted, rejected, or rework criteria, update the plan and report status

- Managing Business Reviews/ Stakeholders/Partnerships

- Analysis of meta data and use and devise variety of analysis techniques, tools and logic to derive appropriate results out of it

- As needed support service request escalation (troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries)

- Scheduling/managing SQL jobs (Extraction Transformation Load)

- Backup/restore database

Desired Profile

- BCom/ BE/ MBA(Finance)/ Statistics

- 8-10 year experience in Project Management

- Currently in project management and Client facing role

- Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, CRM

- Strong knowledge and experience of SDLC and/or Agile project delivery

- Excellent Communication Skills

Technical/Functional Skills:

- Adept in MS-Excel, charting, pivot charts, formulas, writing/applying macros and Power Point

- Proficiency in SSIS and SSRS

- Proficiency in SQL server - create stored procedures, extracting business logic from reviewing code, ability to query data and sensitive to what it means to do so in a production environment
