Manager  - The main purpose of the role is to execute & operationalize the new validation project relating to Commission payouts in the revenue related areas in the Financial Controller's shop.   - Support IFRS implementation project in the revenue accounting areas. Execute validation activities in the revenue accounting area and report exceptions.   - Support month end and year activities relating to preparation of Balance sheet schedules/details for the revenue related area   - Support in engagement with statutory and other auditors to ensure smooth conduct of yearly statutory, ensure timely and appropriate disposition of audit queries and observations   - Support in all new initiatives / projects in revenue related areas   - Responsible for extensive validation of accounting (including Revenue accounting) through GL Reconciliations, closing open items with other internal stakeholders and validation of processes as per approved SOPs   - Clients monies including bank reconciliations and transit accounts   - Unit Link charge reconciliations and validations   - Product Accounting and UATs, validating the same against F & U terms   Other Controls and new Projects :  - Participate in Implementation of GST operationally   - Assistance in preparing and reviewing all SOPs in FC shop   - Assistance in RCA preparation and implementation   IFRS Implementation :  - Support implementation of IFRS implementation in Finance   People Management :  - Coordinate with other departments, revenue accounting team members with respect to validations/ exceptions / internal control activities, to the extent applicable
